What if I change my mind, or make a mistake in the spelling. Can I get my money back? Or can you just change the spelling of the domain name?
 
All sales are final. This is why it is very important to check your order thoroughly before submitting. You do have two opportunities to review domains and can back out of the order before you select to purchase the domain. Once a domain is registered, the spelling cannot be changed.
 
You can update the shopping cart page if you wish to change the number of years...or delete the domain from your shopping cart and start over if you spelled it wrong before making a purchase.
 
If you have placed an order but payment is still pending and domain name is not registered, create a support ticket to either change the domain name, make spelling correction or complete delete order from your account.
 
While placing order to purchase a domain name, you can back out of the transaction before online payment is made. It's not too late if you notice a spelling mistake or have changed your mind. Hit BACK and make your updates.
 
If you have placed the order and made the payment online or offline, please note:
All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. Our automated system processes and registers domain name immediately after payment is cleared.
 
Tip:
If a mistake is made and you do not wish to keep a domain name, be sure that you log into your account and uncheck the box for auto-renewal. This will ensure that the domain is not automatically renewed upon expiration and it will eventually be deleted.
